How long does the program typically take to complete, and what is the recommended timeframe for getting the most out of it?
The Confidence VIP Package includes a 10-module video program that you can watch at your own pace. Some people watch key videos twice or even three times. The package covers 4 x 1-hour live consultation sessions. We will set up these dates and times based on your and our availability. We will agree on the dates at the start of the program. We aim to be flexible and adjust these dates to your schedules. Typically, people require 1 consultation per month, however if you want to accelerate these meetings because you are moving soon, we can book them weekly as well. If you require further consultations over the 4 x 1 hour, we are happy to work with you on a needs base, on an agreed hourly rate.
You will have access to the 10-module video program for 3 years. You will receive regular updates in the future to any of the topics in the program, free of charge, ensuring that you always have the latest information and the most recent changes.
Can I access the program materials at any time, or do I need to be online at specific times?
You can complete the 10 module video components of this package any time from the purchase, at your own pace. You get instant access to the videos on the purchase date. All you need to do is to login to the portal to access the videos. You will have access to the program for 3 years and you will receive regular updates in the future to any of the components, free of charge.
Additionally, your consultations sessions occur live, on agreed dates and time. So yes, you will need to be on these calls at these specific times.
How is the program delivered (e.g. video, written content, live webinars), and what kind of technology or equipment do I need?
The program is delivered via a combination of video lessons at your own pace and via live Zoom 1:1 consultation sessions. You need internet access, a computer, tablet, or a smart phone to watch the videos and join the live parts of the program. You can download the Zoom app to your device or use it on the web, it is free of charge for you when you join our live Zoom sessions. We will send you the invites with the link to each of the consultation session.
Is there a refund and satisfaction guarantee available if I'm not happy with the program?
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident in your decision to choose this program. We do not offer a refund for the Confidence VIP Package. This is a live and customized program, tailored to your needs.
